use the link for the proxies he posted. or go into the giveaway for Online Armour and there is a link for a proxy there as wel; (since that is a german giveaway).. after you click the link in the OA one.. it has a spot for you to put your address at.. put the above link for the register in there and it will load the page and "think" you are coming from a German place... that should take care of ya if you are wanting it

I think it set up so that you need to use a different IP address every time you go to register for one
